As a Sponsorship Officer, you will learn to :

  • Liaise with HR representatives from current and potential sponsors

  • Pitch and secure sponsorship agreements with firms

  • Manage communications and be the point of contact for assigned firms

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is outgoing, enthusiastic, and demonstrates initiative

  • Takes responsibility and accountability for their work

  • Communicates effectively in a professional manner

  • Manages time effectively and is able to balance and meet deadlines

Events Officer

As an Events Officer, you will learn to:

  • Plan events that CCA holds throughout the year by brainstorming new event concepts, researching venues, and liaising with venue coordinators

  • Manage logistics for CCA’s professional and social events, which includes all necessary tasks before, during and after the event

  • Work in close relation with the Marketing and Sponsorship team

  • It is expected that Events Officers will attend each event

  • A great team player with the communication skills to beat

Marketing Officer

As a Marketing Officer, you will learn to:

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies for CCA events and sponsors, both online and offline

  • Build upon and develop a strong campus presence for CCA

  • Analyse marketing feedback and adjust strategies accordingly

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is creative, collaborative, and conscientious

  • Possesses strong written communication skills

  • Preferably (although not essential) has graphic design skills

  • Preferably (although not essential) has videographer or music production skills

    • Experience with Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or Ableton Live will be highly regarded

IT Officer

As an IT Officer, you will learn to:

Publications Officer

As a Publications Officer, you will learn to:

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging content for CCA’s member base

  • Design and compile informative weekly newsletters to keep students updated about the plethora of networking and industry events

  • Source external articles for CCA’s Facebook page

  • Support CCA’s Marketing Team in promoting CCA events throughout the year

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is proactive, self-motivated, and accountable for their own work

  • Possesses strong written communication skills

  • Demonstrates creativity and are not afraid to express and execute their own ideas

  • Diverse interests in topics relating to business and technology

Assistant Treasurer

As an Assistant Treasurer, you will learn to:

  • Work very closely with the Treasurer on the following matters:

    • Keeping records of the CCA’s day-to-day finances

    • Budgeting CCA’s annual financials

    • Submitting grants

    • Preparing and completing CCA’s audits in compliance with MSA Clubs & Societies (C&S)

  • Liaise with the C&S on any financial requirements

We are looking for someone who:

  • Meets deadlines and manages multiple expectations and deadlines

  • Takes ownership of their work and deliver results in high attention of details

  • Is willing to learn and is a team player
